Electing the full and alternate members of the bodies of TOC.

Preparing, adopting and repealing internal regulations of the Committee, which will allow TOC to continue its activities in an orderly fashion. This includes amendments to and adjustments of the Committee bylaws.

Reviewing the reports prepared by the Board of Directors and Board of Auditors and making decisions regarding the release of their members.

Making a decision to release the budget for the next period, prepared by the Board of Directors, as it is or with amendments. Making decisions to purchase immovables or have them manufactured for TOC and to sell immovables owned by TOC which have to be disposed of. Authorizing the Board of Directors on this matter.

Discussing and resolving issues that are raised by the Council and the Board of Directors.

Discussing and resolving objections made by members and honorary members whose memberships have been suspended by the Council and the Board of Directors, as well as objections made by representative members.

Making decisions to allow the Committee to engage in international activities and to join or leave organizations operating abroad.

Making the decision to dissolve the Committee.

Performing the other duties of the General Assembly that are stipulated in applicable laws and the bylaws of the Committee.
